Um unser Angebot auszubauen und abzurunden, beschäftigen wir uns seit einiger Zeit intensiv mit Yoga. Neben der Freude am praktizieren wurde uns immer mehr bewusst, wie förderlich und unterstützend Yoga für uns als Wassersportler sein kann.
To develop and to round our program, we are intensely going in for yoga since a while. Beside the joy while practicing we became more and more aware of, how beneficial and supporting yoga can be for us as surfers.

The different Asanas/positions convey the flexibility in all structures of the body and provide thereby an increased consciousness for the different motion sequences and the elasticity of the body.
Since 2009 Tommy practised with different teachers of various Hatha Yoga styles until he found the right "fit" in Anusara Yoga. This dynamic form excites with its athletic demand. Key aspects are the life-affirming Tantric philosophy, and the Universal Principles of Alignment™.
In the meantime he succesfully joined the 3 Immersion weeks and the Anusara teachertraining which corresponds with the 200h standard oft he Yoga Alliance USA.

The Yogahouse, right next To to the beach, enables us to host workshops and retreats from other yoga schools. Combinations with surf or kite packages are also available.
